Q. Where do I pay my HOA dues?

A. Your HOA dues can be paid at Clark & Thomas Construction’s office located at 6011C N. Woodbine Rd. St. Joseph, MO 64505. You may also contact Belinda Kempf in the office at (816) 279-4659.

Q. Are we allowed to have a fence, pool, or shed?

A. All improvements must be approved by Greystone Partners. (See Covenants Page.)

Q. How much are the dues?
The Estates:
Annual Dues: $400

The Highlands:
Annual Dues: $300

The Hills:
Annual Dues: $200

The Commons:
Initiation Fee: $300
Annual Dues: $200

Maintenance Fees: (billed quarterly)

Villas: $640
Townhomes: $550
