The Siela Team has 50 years of combined experience. We specialize in residential real estate in St Joseph, MO, and the surrounding areas. Tim Sprague Construction was founded by Tim Sprague in 2004. As a master plumber, Tim can take an extremely hands-on approach to building, with far-reaching benefits including enhanced quality control, increased speed, and improved cost control. Our long-standing commitment to superior service and meticulous attention to detail ensures a smooth and satisfying building experience from start to finish.
Tim’s Story
Born and raised in the St. Joseph area, Tim went to High School in Savannah and attended Missouri State before finishing his Degree at Missouri Western. After College, he joined his father’s plumbing business and became a master plumber. In 2002, Tim began building houses, and a couple of years later switched to building full-time. Tim enjoys the variety that building offers while still being able to be hands-on with each project.
Luke’s Story
Originally from southwest Kansas, Luke moved to Kansas City in 2017 after attending classes at Kansas State University and currently lives with his wife, Megan, and their Daughter in North Kansas City.
From Foundation Repair to Roofing, Luke has experience working in almost every part of a home and has several years of customer service experience under his belt as well. Luke is passionate about working with people to create their dream home or turn their current house into their dream home. When not working, Luke spends his time with his wife and daughter, watching sports (especially the Chiefs and Wildcats), playing sports with friends, volunteering with his church, exploring nature, and working on different hobby projects.
Eric has been involved with building for most of his life (since 1998). Growing up learning the business from his father Bob Vasut of Vasut Construction, Inc. m he gained hands-on experience from the ground up, (beginning with picking up trash). Eric found a love for the trade and continued to learn the ins and outs as he developed the skills needed to be a successful residential builder.
Todas as the owner of his own construction company, Eric continues to be a “hands-on” builder, staying close in contact with every subcontractor involved. He also adds his personal touch, often working on the job himself. You might find him trimming, laying tile, building decks, or doing the dirt work. Eric takes pride in his workmanship and desires to produce quality new homes and satisfied customers.
Eric and his family are lifelong local residents.
