Vasut Construction Inc., founded in 1996 by Bob Vasut, currently builds homes in the Kansas City and St. Joseph areas. Bob has been in the industry since 1974 learning every aspect of building new homes from the bottom up.

Tim Knapp of Tim Knapp Construction is a native of St. Joseph and has been building houses since 1978. Tim Knapp has a strong real estate and development background.
He developed Mapletree Court, Heatherwood Hills, Wilshire Place and is a partner of the Greystone Subdivision.
Tim builds in a variety of budgets, and is very experienced in starter homes, townhomes, mid-range up to executive size homes.
